ITINERARY
Day 1: Meet & Greet DINNER!
Our first day in the Italian region of Tuscany. Mingle with your new friends, relax, unwind and get familiar with the grounds that will be our home for the next 3 days. Don't forget to drink some local Italian wine and eat some incredible dinner & dessert made by the amazing staff at Borgo Petrognano!
Day 2: MOMENTI INTIMO
Morning Picnic, Afternoon Vintage Car session & Walkthrough on the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside
After another insightful morning in-class session, our day will begin with an Editorial session at our wonderful Olive grove, picnic style. Such a picturesque and serene experience, blending natural beauty with a rustic, cozy setup. This marks the start of your photographic journey in this captivating setting.
Afterwards, the couple will change and enjoy a vintage car session on the the winding roads of the Tuscan countryside. Incorporating a vintage car session into any wedding in Tuscany adds a touch of timeless elegance and nostalgia. Picture our couple cruising through in a classic convertible, capturing moments of romance against the backdrop of breathtaking scenery. This meticulously planned photo session, is sure to be a highlight, adding a touch of vintage glamour and sophistication to our Tuscany wedding experience.
After an afternoon break, we will offer you the chance to curate mesmerizing images during the golden hour as we walk trough the grounds with our couple capturing vineyard-draped hillsides, and picturesque olive groves, creating unforgettable photo opportunities along the way. With the sun setting over the Tuscan landscape, the soft golden light will provide a perfect backdrop for capturing timeless portraits proven to elevate your portfolio.
As evening sets, we will come together for a classic Tuscan dinner. This not only allows us to recharge, but also offers a chance to connect with fellow creatives, enhancing the overall experience of our photographic journey. Our hosts will be available for an Q&A session full of education and insights as we enjoy a cup of tea or coffee & dessert.
Day 3: CELEBRAZIONE DEL MATRIMONIO
"I DO" CEREMONY & RECEPTION
After our morning in-class session, you will enter the enchanting world of Tuscan countryside as you capture a once in a lifetime ceremony celebration at an ancient chapel located near the venue grounds.
Following the ceremony, we will break for lunch. Afterwards, with the scene set for an evening of creative brilliance, a stunningly arranged wedding table will be set for all attendee adorned with exquisite styling, as we partake in our couples elevated Reception celebration. Anticipate luxurious wedding settings, including a meticulously arranged table setup, and ample opportunities to shoot the candid magic of the night.
Once our session wraps up, we will begin our Farewell dinner, providing the opportunity to dress up, rejoice and take a moment to reflect on this epic creative journey and share insights and inspirations after a memorable day of shooting. Our hosts will be right by your side answering any questions you may have as we unwind over tea, coffee & dessert.
Day 4: Goodbye Breakfast & Final Send Off
We will grab our final breakfast on the gorgeous estate, and overlooking the rolling Tuscan hills, bid our farewells to our fellow creatives. We will depart from this enchanting location on a high note, carrying with us a wealth of amazing content, and memories that will last a lifetime.
OPTIONAL Day 5: Elopement Session on the Streets of Florence
An elopement session on the streets of Florence is nothing short of magical. We will start our session in the early morning light, when the city is just waking up and the streets are bathed in a soft, golden glow. Imagine wandering hand in hand through the city's historic cobblestone streets, with the iconic landmarks of Florence as your backdrop. We will stroll along the Ponte Vecchio, the oldest bridge in Florence, with the Arno River flowing beneath us, and explore Florence's world-renowned landmarks, such as the majestic Duomo, the elegant Piazza della Signoria, and many other local gems.
With Florence's timeless beauty as your backdrop, every moment captured during our Elopement session will tell a story of love, adventure, and the enchanting spirit of this historic city. Pausing for intimate moments in quiet piazzas, beneath ancient archways, or amidst the fragrant blooms of a hidden garden will make our final session a memorable one.

With a Master’s Degree and over 10 years of producing corporate public relations events in CT & NY, I deeply understand the art of planning the perfect event. So much so, that I’m actually a professor at Quinnipiac University, too! I managed healthcare symposiums, non-profit galas, corporate product launches, grand openings, and more. But, it wasn’t until my own wedding that I discovered my passion for wedding planning. As they say, the rest is history… cue the beginning of JME!
